I only have access to 5 pound weights and I started to do 300+ curls on each arm.. I don’t feel any burn but it makes my arms feel like jello. I’ve read that dumbbell flies are pretty good for your chest and arms but I only have access to 5 pound dumbbells. Would 5 pounds do anything for dumbbell flies?

Instead of DB flies just do wide stance pushups.
if u want pecs like mine, do dumbbell flys with 100 pound dumbbells.

Not really, since you only have 5 pounders, the only effective wa fo working out is to do the 5 pounder curls for 1 hour straight, meaning do about 100 per set, rest 5 min (drink water, etc), redo until 1 hour is up.
