I’m 14 years old and I haven’t done much lifting before as routine exercise, but on the other hand I don’t exactly consider myself weak…
At the moment I’m only using 4.6kg weights, and I was wondering if that is enough to actually start building any muscle bulk because they feel rather light…
If they are a good weight to start with, great! But if I should use a different weight, how much should I use?

That is a good weight! I am 13 and I use 5.5kg weights though. But that doesn’t matter. I guess you could go higher, but I just like lifting 5.5kg.
