I recently bought a York Spinlock Vinyl Barbell/Dumbbell Weights Set – 50kg and was wondering what a good routine would be for bicep and chest bulking?

isnt that better than not doing any squats at all? or do you think that heavy barbell squats are necessary to get big bench presses?

Im a beginner and i will start weight training soon at home and will be planning to buy a barbell. Do most barbells allow you to change plates and lock em or do they only come in specific weights like dumbbells?
Whats a good barbell weight for a 20 year old, 130lb 5′7, average strength? I heard some people say like 25-40. Im confused, isnt that kinda low? I mean most AVERAGE people can bench close to their weight, im my case 130, im aiming for around 80-90 to begin… im confused

The weight set includes the barbell and weight plates and is 0. The bowflex is a dumbell set that goes up to 90lbs each and cost 0. which one is the best or worth it? I heard that I can do more with the dumbbells than with the plane barbell. I want to know which is going to be worth it to use at home to gain some mass.
