    well u gotta put into perspective the era… technology has come a long way since Arnolds day and just like everything, the juice is more potent and there are hundreds of different anabolic compounds one could take- i agree that the pro’s of today look way to unnatural.. juice should be regulated like other drugs too

    its not… the best thing to do is find what works for YOU… everyone is an indivdual and our genetic makeup is all different… gaining strength focus on using diferent percentages of your 1RM.. gaining mass is hypertrophy and u want to work the muscle thru full ROM, not simply move heavy weight with all youve got…

    the most accurate way to gauge strength is to use “relative strength”… or how much weight one can lift in regards to his bodyweight

    sorry but diets dont work, they teach u how to b a failure, try using Paul mcKenna CD’s hope most of u have heard of him, over eating will cause u to gain weight, not eating cake or shite like that, the key is to eat wat u want, then wen u feel full, weight till u feel hungry again, then choose somehting else

    Your definition of diet might be a little different than mine or others. Dieting is to eat eggs, healthy meats that aren’t possessed from fast food places, veggies, and natural and organic foods. This way you’ll actually be gaining the RIGHT KIND of weight, and not just fat. So eat healthy, and a lot of it, and workout. However, this is be that’s trying to gain weight, not lose it.

    first off didnt i say that diets are crap. So i have no definition of mine, cos i dont use 1. its not about wat u eat, but how often u eat. the key is to eat wen ure hungey. However, eating healthy and the right foods is definatly a positive way to go, but some of u should try the other method, cos it works for me and i work in KFC and eat nothing else eally, and im still losing weight

    This is really simple and EFFECTIVE exercise. Ive being performing this with 25 kg 3 sets of 8 3 times a week and i can feel my strength increasing. 5/5

    @switch0123 blood is going now into your muscles. when you masturbate have to be fully erecte. If you can try and move it with simply your muscles that is there. once you control it put resistance to it. in no time it will grow. try and hold back the nut. it hurts and it seems everything you seems to turn you on. but it builds endorphins and helps with stamina and performance. no pills required it all. comes from your brain…
