How Often and how many reps and sets should i do for these exercises?

Hello, i am fairly new to working out and these are the exercises that i have decided to do to workout most of my muscles, im thinking i should do this workout 3 times a week? and how many reps and sets should i do of each exercise, any specific order aswell? should i do all these exercises in one workout session? and how much time between sets?

Deltoids: Seated Dumbbell Press
Trapezius: Barbell Shrug
Triceps: diamond pushups with clap
Pectorials: (same exercise as triceps)
Biceps: Dumbell alternating curls
Forearm: Dumbbell Wrist Curl
Quads: Barbell Squats
Abs: Bicycle
Hamstring: Plate drag
Calf: Standing Calf raise

    how about you make a routine something like

    day 1- chest, triceps
    day 2 off
    day 3- back, biceps
    day 4 off
    day 5: shoulder
    day 6: legs
    day 7 off

    and then fill it in and do it

    go to bodybuilding.com and read up

    the stuff you have right now will not do you too much good

    I can’t help you very much, but I think you should also do other types of push ups (shoulder width and palms more apart than shoulder width), because, diamond push ups will focus mostly on your triceps, and as you put your palms further away from each other, they will gradually use more of your pecs.

    P.S: It’s just a suggestion.
