I think I know why my left shoulder hurts now. I think it’s my rotator cuff. It’s sore but I still lift weights (10kg dumbbell each hand).
Is this bad? Do I need to wait for it to not be sore anymore before I lift again?

Okay i know that this is probably the stupidest question ever, but im pretty confused. If im doing dumbbell curls with a spinlock dumbbell handle and 10lb weight plates on each side, does that mean im curling 10lbs or 20lbs?

I only have 25pound dumbbells, im 21 and sorta skinny. I have a hard time lifting them, but I force myself too, and I kinda use my right hand to help me when I lift with my left arm.
Is this okay? or should I really just buy smaller weights?
