Working out everyday will get you burned out. Do you have a gym, or just working out at home? You need to be doing body weight exercises and running.

		<description>You may need to buy smaller weights and go from there. It&#039;s not really working out if you use two arms for one to lift dumbbell. Just do few reps with heavier weights. If your arm can&#039;t lift anymore, then quit or go to lighter weights.</description>

		<description>That is a good weight! I am 13 and I use 5.5kg weights though. But that doesn&#039;t matter. I guess you could go higher, but I just like lifting 5.5kg.
