I think I know why my left shoulder hurts now. I think it’s my rotator cuff. It’s sore but I still lift weights (10kg dumbbell each hand).
Is this bad? Do I need to wait for it to not be sore anymore before I lift again?

I’m doing 300 reps on each arm with ankle weights strapped around my arms, wrist weights on my… well wrists and a 5lb dumbbell in each hand.
Is this effective enough? I’m trying to tone my arms up and gain strength back so I can play sports a wear short sleeves!
My goal is in 1-2 months
(Every day, 7 days a week)
Will it work?
Specifically 4 2.5lb plates.
Okay i know that this is probably the stupidest question ever, but im pretty confused. If im doing dumbbell curls with a spinlock dumbbell handle and 10lb weight plates on each side, does that mean im curling 10lbs or 20lbs?
I only have 25pound dumbbells, im 21 and sorta skinny. I have a hard time lifting them, but I force myself too, and I kinda use my right hand to help me when I lift with my left arm.
Is this okay? or should I really just buy smaller weights?
I’m 14 years old and I haven’t done much lifting before as routine exercise, but on the other hand I don’t exactly consider myself weak…
At the moment I’m only using 4.6kg weights, and I was wondering if that is enough to actually start building any muscle bulk because they feel rather light…
If they are a good weight to start with, great! But if I should use a different weight, how much should I use?
Iam 15 5′10 140 pounds and have like a 8 inch vertical without lifting weights. Can some one help me learn how to dunk/get a higher vertical?
